About Beth
“I am a South London based specialist SEND primary teacher.
I graduated from Roehampton University in the summer of 2016 with a degree in Primary Education.
I discovered my passion for working with neuro diverse children when completing my placement at a small SEND school during my 2nd year of university. As soon as I graduated I returned to that school and spent 5 years as a class room teacher there. I have worked with a range of learners at different developmental stages with a range of diagnosis.
I am super passionate about my work and supporting young people to be heard within the wider community . I have volunteered with the National Autistic society since 2023 and love running events for our community!
I started Fritz Tutoring in September 2022 and opened the Learning and Play Hub in March 2024!
Working with neuro diverse learners inspires me to think outside the box, to find new individual ways of delivering subjects , to be critical of traditional teaching methods and search for new innovative ways to support, motivate and encourage learning & development. “
About Velisha
“I graduated with a PGCE from Roehampton University in 2013 and have spent a majority of my teaching career in the Early Years and Key Stage 1, and have worked in various schools. Throughout this time, I have supported many SEND children and their families with and have seen firsthand the positive impact that collaboration between families/carers and professionals can have.
I believe that building positive relationships through trust, honesty, and progress is essential for me to support in working towards our shared goals. I like to take the time to create an environment where children feel safe and happy, enabling them to confidently take on new challenges, and nowhere is this more effective than through play. I believe it's important for children to be able to make mistakes and learn from them, which helps to build confidence and resilience.
I'm looking forward to celebrating your child's success together!”
